The sympathization over killer-turning-victim, and what we learned from the recent CEO’s shooting in NYC.

Brian Thompson’s two teenage sons and widow are the latest addition to the grieving sea of people surrounding his name, but ironically the only ones who joined it after his death.

Thanks to his fruitful career path of being a healthcare bouncer, thousands of sick people’s coverage claims got denied, resulting in the deaths of at least 2 people.

His major in-office accomplishment is arguably the AI algorithm used to simplify the approval or denial process of insurance claims. More specifically, “the investigation, cited by the lawsuit, found UnitedHealth pressured medical employees to follow an algorithm, which predicts a patient’s length of stay, to issue payment denials to people with Medicare Advantage plans. Internal documents revealed that managers within the company set a goal for clinical employees to keep patients rehab stays within 1% of the days projected by the algorithm.”

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, accuses UnitedHealth and its subsidiary, NaviHealth, of using the computer algorithm to “systematically deny claims” of Medicare beneficiaries struggling to recover from debilitating illnesses in nursing homes.

The reality of the matter is that although the shooter, Luigi Mangione, assumed the role of the judge and executioner, Brian Thompson was appointed to play the role of God. And only one of those situations is illegal.

It’s frankly really enticing to add that only one of these situations is morally reprehensible, but this is not true.

“Vigilante justice is fault proof” is not a hill most of us want to die on. Personal acts of violence can never equate to the judicial system, nor do they claim to most of the time. What they have in common, however, is the perpetrator’s objective goal for his initiative to incite a change for the better.

The proposed takeaway from this is the symbolic perception of Mangione’s act, as a telltale of greed, class war and injustice.

Immediately upon news were released, a hope for the class movement was born while a shiver run down the 1%’s spine.

The poor did not rejoice that a man is dead, though they most certainly cheered at the symbolized slaughter of Healthcare Inc.

The opportunity for this incident to awake class consciousness among the lower ranks must not be stifled by the mourning of human life.

Just because monsters die like humans doesn’t mean we have to mourn them.

Theory: Jessica Tisch becomes the NYPD commissioner on 11/25. CEO assassination occurs on 12/4. This is not a coincidence. NYC mayor Eric Adams has been extremely unpopular. Facing indictment and even linked to Diddy investigation. He desperately needs a big resurrection and fix the public’s perception of him . The mayoral election is in 2025.

So I think Jessica Tisch and Eric Adams teamed up to orchestrate a dramatic operation of solving a spectacular assassination of a CEO. With some help of FBI. They need to pin down a potencial guy to frame before they conduct this fake assassination debacle.

There was a missing persons report in San Francisco on 11/18. Luigi Mangione. They lay eyes on this case. They check and find his social media accounts. He travels far. This is useful. He can travel to wherever he wants. FBI contacts the mother to see if she can provide a full face picture of him. Then they hire a few men in the likeness of Luigi. They check in the hostel on UWS in NYC in 11/24.

Brian Thompson is selected to be the assassination victim. He has a criminal record, separated from his family, United health group doesn’t see him as worthy as other CEOs that they control. He might be a CEO , but he’s still a property to toss around. So he is offered up to Eric Adams to be the sacrifice of CEO assassination. It will be sensational. Hired men in the hostel show faces on cctv cameras. The shooter might also be a hired pro. The shooting is successfully done. Men pretending to be the shooter do a relay of escape through the city. Making sure to be caught on surveillance cameras. NYPD plants backpack with Monopoly money in the park two days later.

Mean while, FBI is in contact with Luigi’s mother. Luigi is agnostic vegetarian anti capitalist. Luigi had a fall out with his big capitalist republican/democrat family. He is unwanted. Mother is somehow able to contact Luigi. She is instructed to lure Luigi into a small Pennsylvania town. Altoona is just 3 hours drive from his hometown in Maryland. Luigi shows up in Altoona thinking he’s meeting up with mom. And he gets arrested with all the evidence planted on him. Fake ID with the picture provided by the mother. Gun is brought in from NYC. Manifesto written by someone who knows Luigi has infatuation with Ted Kaczynski book.

Now Eric Adams is so proud, he had to be in the picture at the over the top perp walk of the Assassin. But…

He never expected the public’s support for the “ Killer”. The Unprecedented outpouring support for a murderer. He’s probably pissed the whole spectacle he orchestrated didn’t work in his favor. Now what will he do?

Will he force through with the plan convicting Luigi? If he lets this slide, all his calculation will unravel and he could be in big trouble.

Edit: Luigi is set to inherit millions of dollars from his grand parents. But the catch is, the inheritance must be split between all grand kids including his two sisters and the republican politician Nino Mangione. If Luigi is the outcast due to his beliefs and attitude against family’s life style, they could be up to excluding him in anyway they can. A felony charge will definitely give them the authority to deny Luigi any of the money. They took opportunity in the contact by FBI and sacrificed him to the devil.

if Luigi mangione is the shooter, him being caught in a mcdonalds store with the modified/ghost gun, fake id and manifesto on him doesn't necessarily mean they were planted. i don't think he expected to get away from the crime scene so easily, let alone leave nyc and not be caught for five days. he probably went over all possible scenarios but the two most likely would've been him being killed or arrested immediately after the shooting.

from what i've read he went dark on his family and friends months before the shooting and didn't talk about his plans with anyone, so afterwards he didn't know where to go, and stayed around pennslyvania because it was familiar to him. he probably just plain didn't think he'd get this far and didn't really know what to do or where to go next. he held onto the gun and fake ID because he didn't know whether or not he might need them in the near future, and if jettisoning them somewhere would've given away his whereabouts/direction he was heading.

his politics/philosophy aren't that bizarre or incomprehensible (this article goes into it more) and having contrasting political opinions is pretty normal

i could be projecting here but imo his back injuries + pain + brain fog probably played the biggest role, not just as motive for shooting a health insurance CEO (someone profiting off thousands of people's medical misfortunes) but also because no one is prepared for how much a severe back injury affects every aspect of your life, destroys your plans for the future, and how nihilistic having your body fail on you can make you (if i'm right in thinking he thought he'd be shot or arrested at the scene)

kinda surprised that people are straight up saying that the shooter killing brian "didn't do anything" because there's plenty of CEO's left. i'm sorry, but this shooter literally sped up class consciousness in the one second it took to put those bullets in that mass-murderer. he literally got the mayor of nyc panicking and most of america and the WORLD discussing the perils of a business-driven healthcare system. if he "didn't do anything" why are all the news outlets doing EVERYTHING they can to smear the suspect? why are they trying to paint him as a terrorist? why escort the suspect, already handcuffed, with back problems, flanked by military personnel, all armed? why did certain insurance companies roll back new policies?

anytime there's some revolutionary action that someone takes, whether it's this shooting or the 4B, i'm aware of naysayers because they lowkey parrot the propganda of the status quo. hopelessness is propaganda of the status quo, sorry!
